|Recommended: NoDo better and make rent 800 — They need to redo the whole building and need to properly seel things to get rid of roaches and new landscaping the lightning horrible they should only charge like 800 or 900 dollars for rent because that how bad it is and should cost because they do a horrible job for maintenance and also their is no selling fan in the room so yall need to charge 800 dollars for rent and the gym is horrible and also their pool is straight up disgusting

|Recommended: YesRate the property — It is nice but there is eay to much traffic and they speed like there is a fire in the back thst they have to get to. The noise from the cars when coming in and out are obnoxious they make my pictures on my wall vibrate and has vibrated my windows and things have vibrated of my shelves and broke.
As for the staff maintenance they are great. When I need something taken care of they are right there. Stephanie and Justin are very polite and helpful. I don't really know the new lady yet but I am sure she will be as helpful as Stephanie and Justin.

Access to the gym outside of office hours would be appreciated.
I also noticed the pool was locked for Memorial Day weekend. I would like to request that tenants be notified if amenities will be unavailable.

|Recommended: YesThe Derb — Living in Derby park has been ... Eventful. Little to no crime in the area or the complex, amenities are available except the pools those have been out since I moved in almost 3 years ago , overall the community is great Staff are excellent as well.
